1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

We are not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals or destruction of goods resulting from customs or regulatory authorities.
14. Product Storage After Delivery
Research products should be stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided with the product or on the product label.
Axo Research Supplies Ltd is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
