Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Axo Research Supplies Ltd through www.axopeptides.co.uk.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • decline an order;

  • cancel an order before dispatch;

  • request additional information before processing an order;

  • limit quantities purchased;

  • refuse orders where we reasonably believe products may be used contrary to our Research Use Policy or applicable law.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to destinations that we are legally permitted to serve.

Some products may be restricted in certain countries or regions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported, possessed and used in their destination country.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to locations where legal or regulatory restrictions apply.

4. Shipping Methods

Available delivery services will be displayed during checkout.

  • Other approved courier services

The courier used may vary depending on the destination, parcel size and service selected.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include order processing time.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • customs inspections;

  • courier delays;

  • public holidays;

  • industrial action;

  • events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress using the tracking information supplied.

8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • no one is available to receive the parcel;

  • the parcel is refused;

  • collection deadlines are missed;

  • an incorrect address has been provided;

the parcel may be returned to us.

Any re-delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

10. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • inspect the contents before use where possible;

  • retain the packaging;

  • photograph the parcel and contents;

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage promptly may affect our ability to investigate with the courier.

11. Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will investigate the matter with the courier before issuing any replacement or refund where appropriate.

12. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of the products remains with Axo Research Supplies Ltd until payment has been received in full.

13. Import Responsibilities

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws relating to:

  • importation;

  • customs clearance;

  • taxes;

  • duties;

  • licences;

  • permits;

  • possession;

  • research use.

We are not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals or destruction of goods resulting from customs or regulatory authorities.

14. Product Storage After Delivery

Research products should be stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided with the product or on the product label.

Axo Research Supplies Ltd is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • severe weather;

  • natural disasters;

  • pandemics;

  • industrial disputes;

  • transport disruption;

  • customs delays;

  • cyber incidents;

  • government restrictions.

16. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time.

The version published on www.axopeptides.co.uk at the time an order is placed shall apply to that order.
